This is arguably the most famous “accidental” selfie in history, taken during the Apollo 11 mission. While Neil Armstrong was actually holding the camera, the photo is a portrait of Buzz Aldrin; however, if you look closely at Aldrin’s gold-plated visor, you can clearly see Armstrong reflected in the glass. It is a brilliant, multi-layered image that captures two men, the lunar module, and the desolate grey beauty of the Moon all in a single frame.
